Hi,

I've got the following warning in FF 45 :

(ice/ERR) peer received no media stream attributes
(ice/ERR) peer specified too many components
(ice/WARNING) specified bogus candidate
(ice/WARNING) Error parsing attribute: candidate:1316968211 1 UDP 2130706430 91.224.14.66 8001 typ srflx generation 0

What's wrong with this ICE candidate ? Firefox wants raddr & rport ?

192.168.125.39 is IP of the media server, 192.168.125.138 is the WebRTC client IP in the same LAN, 91.224.14.66 is external IP of both of them.

Here's untouched piece of the connection log :

Hi, Is there any work around for this error?
I am also getting the same issue when trying to call FF from Chrome.

Hard to say without seeing the actual candidate and the SDP involved. But basically the error message indicates that the ICE candidate you pass in refers to a component which from FF perspective does not exist in the SDP.

That just looks like a case where a candidate wasn't used because
of rtcp-mux. Is ICE failing in this case?

This SDP is generated by Chrome, not by Firefox.

But in any case I would recommend you to open a bug report on https://bugzilla.mozillla.org and attach a copy of ‘about:webrtc' together with your report. And if you let us know about the bug report number here we can quickly make sure the bug is in the right category so it stays on our radar.

Best regards
Nils Ohlmeier

I believe we'll tolerate that.

Would it be OK if I use 0.0.0.0 as a raddr ?

Hi,
(ice/ERR) peer received no media stream attributes
(ice/ERR) peer specified too many components
(ice/WARNING) specified bogus candidate
(ice/WARNING) Error parsing attribute: candidate:1316968211 1 UDP 2130706430 91.224.14.66 8001 typ srflx generation 0
What's wrong with this ICE candidate ? Firefox wants raddr & rport ?
Yes, raddr and rport are required on srflx, prflx, and relay
candidates according to RFC 5245.
Best regards,
Byron Campen

Hi, Is there any work around for this error?
I am also getting the same issue when trying to call FF from Chrome.
(ice/ERR) ICE(PC:1469173555764000 (id=2147483755 url=http://172.16.120.203/mbsclient/subodh/#/call)): peer (PC:1469173555764000 (id=2147483755 url=http://172.16.120.203/mbsclient/subodh/#/call):default) specified too many components

I am trying on FF 48+.

That just looks like a case where a candidate wasn't used because
of rtcp-mux. Is ICE failing in this case?
Best regards,
Byron Campen
Yes, the ICE is failing in this case. Below are the SDPs received(from Chrome) and generated by FF.
